REMEMBER THIS CLASSIC COMPANY FB POST?

FutureWorld Corp
Divis are a complex issue when considering the stringent rules and processes set by SEC. The shares, by definitions and rules, will be freed up for trading after six month no matter the position of the company. When shares are given, it takes a life of its own and follows the rules set by SEC. Private companies have been raising funds with restricted equity (for at least 5 years) that is non-transferable, restricted and non trading for generations. Investors pay for that right everyday giving billions of dollars in investment to private companies for a hope of return that most often will not come to fruition. So when a public company is giving out free shares as a gift in another public company that does not have all the restriction of a private company shares, the receiving investor need to show some gratitude on this gift. But if we continue getting harassed based on some uneducated and hostile attack by some insidious individuals, we may reconsider this gift giving and stop the divis altogether. Please be reasonable and fair.

This comes to mind whenever Cameron, Talari, or "Mr. Uccello" speak...
